  • Maintaining clear, consistent and frequent communications with all parties in the transaction
  • making all available efforts to ensure bueyr’s deposits arrives according to the contract
  • Assisting you in the review of instructions and all contracts deadlines prior to distribution
  • Coordinating and attending all inspection; in all consultation with you, negotiating any repairs or credits required by the buyer
  • Meeting appraiser and providing all requested documents including sales comparables
